WARNING! Risk of scalding!
During opening of the cover and extraction of the sausages, steam may emerge
that can scald hands, arms and the face. When opening the device, use kitchen
towels or protective gloves! The sausages should be removed using sausage
tongs or a fork with a long handle.

The device has an overheat protection unit. When this protective unit is actuated,
the device is switched off. In such a case, remove the plug from the outlet and wait,
until the device cools down. When the device cools down, empty the container. Press
the RESET button (nub) in the lower part of the device. An audible click must be
hears. The unit is ready for further operation.
Note: If the device is not ready for further operation, notify technical service or
contact your vendor.

After conclusion of device use, disconnect it from the outlet (pull the plug!).
6. Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Safety advice

Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power supply and has cooled down.
o
Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o
To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and
the plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets.
Therefore, you must not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
6.2 Cleaning

Clean the device at regular intervals.
o
Before cleaning, drain the water away using the drainage tap or by pouring it out.

Before pouring the water out or removing it using the drainage tap, it should cool
down. Spray hot water may cause burns!
