Automatic defrost
The device's automatic defrost cycle runs 4 times every 24 hours.
Manual defrost
If you wish to defrost the device outside its automatic defrost cycle, press and hold the
button marked
for 6 seconds. The LED defrost indicator will come on
and will flash
until the defrost cycle is completed. The LED defrost indicator will go off after defrost is
finished
and the next defrost cycle will begin in 6 hours.
Condensation collectors
Condensation formed inside the show-case is gathered in collectors. To remove
condensation, the upper collector is connected with the lower one, from which the water
evaporates.
If condensation continues to gather on the glass or inside GN containers, remove it with a
dry cloth.
Cooling food products

When the inside of the device reaches the set temperature, the LED cooling indicator
will go off and the unit is ready for food products to be placed inside.

Food products should be prepared and placed inside appropriate GN containers
(4.2 "Technical specification").
•
Place food inside the device via the sliding glass doors at the rear. Open the doors
and place GN containers on the shelf of the refrigerated show-case.
NOTE!
Do not place warm food inside the refrigerated show-case, only food at room
temperature.

The refrigerated show-case must not be overfilled to allow for proper circulation
inside the device.
•
To reduce loss of cold, keep the glass doors open as short a time as possible.
•
After removing the desired food products, close the device's sliding glass doors.
•
When finished using the device, remove its plug from the socket, then remove the
power cord from the adapter.
