The device stops automatically when the sufficient vacuum has been reached in the
vacuum container. The vacuum packaging process is finished.
Close the lid lock and disconnect the connecting hose from the lid of the vacuum
container and from the device.
Hint:
When moist food products are packed to the vacuum container, the moisture
may gather on the connecting hose port. Clean the port after each use.
Use only appropriate vacuum containers and observe manufacturer’s instructions
regarding opening and closing vacuum containers.
Marinating in the vacuum container
Fill the vacuum container with selected food products and leave at least 3 cm free
from the top of the container.
Clean the edge of the container and attach the lid.
Connect the supplied connecting hose to the lid of the vacuum container and the
appropriate
“ACC PORT“
on the control panel of the device.
To switch the device on, set the ON/OFF
switch on the control panel in
“I“
position.
You will hear a beep sound,
“READY“
indicator comes
.
Press the
“MARINATE“
button in order to start the marinating process. The progress
of the marinating process is shown on the digital display.
To make sure that no air comes out between the lid and the vacuum container, press
the lid down at the beginning of the vacuuming process.
The device produces the vacuum in the container for approx. 50 second and then for
a moment it again lets some air into the container. If necessary repeat this process a
few times.
After the marinating process is finished, the
“COMPLETE“
indicator comes on.
Press down the container lid or connecting hose on the
“ACC PORT“
, to make sure
that no moisture escapes.
Pull back the connecting hose from the container and the device. Disconnect the
hose and make sure that no air escapes through the gaps between cables.
To check the vacuum quality, pull the container lid. It cannot move.
