5. OPERATION
• Check that the fi lter is correctly fi tted in its seat (image 9-10).
Filter must be cleaned every 20 wash-cycles or whenever necessary.
DO NOT use the appliance without the fi lter.
• Insert the overfl ow tube in the special seat inside the sump (image 9-10).
• Shut the dishwasher door.
• Insert the special rinse aid dispenser tube in the canister and check that the quantity of
additive is enough for the day (see paragraph
5.3 Use of rinse aid
).
• Turn the water valve “open”.
• Turn the main power switch ON.
• Turn the button

Make sure that the overfl ow pipe is correctly inserted and that the door is shut. The
machine will automatically start fi lling the sump. When the sump is full, the heating step
