Ex p control unit APEX

mv

, type 07-37A2-3211/*730 

 

The APEX

mv

 control unit with its system components is an 

automatically operating control unit for monitoring, 
controlling and regulating pressurized enclosures in the 
hazardous area of Zone 1. The enclosure of type 07-37A2-
3211/*730 is made of polyester. 

The protected internals inside the pressurized enclosure can be enabled by the 
APEX

mv

 control unit up to 5 A, single-phase directly or indirectly by additional 

switchgear. 

The advantage of the Ex p control unit APEX

mv

 is that all required Ex p 

components are integrated in one control unit and it is possible to connect Ex p 
volumes of up to 75 liters to be protected diectly. 

The APEX

mv

 control unit regulates the purging gas flow, internal housing pressure 

and automatic compensation of leakage losses by means of the integrated 
proportional purging gas valve.
