– System Protection Characteristics

In the event of the operating system receiving a fault code, the controller will sound out one

of the following error codes via a number of beeps.

System Protection Feature

Description

Motor phase is short-circuiting or

HALL input is abnormal.

MOSFET (Transistor) protection

MOSFET self-checking is abnormal.

Phase winding disconnect

protection

One of motor wires is disconnected.

Self-checking error protection

Self-checking is abnormal if internal

system power is on.

Controller over-heat protection

Controller operation temperature is

higher than the default value.

Throttle protection

Throttle input is abnormal.

Motor over-heat protection

Motor temperature is higher than the

default value.

Throttle is not in the neutral

position

Make sure the throttle is at “N”.

Controller brake

The controller brake is applied

Signal power protection

The controller signal power is

abnormal.
