Cleaning locations: Inside/outside of
rotary parts,
brushes,
rotary plates,

inside/outside of
bucket,
tires,frame, etc.
● Use a cloth, brush or air (not water) to remove dirt and dust from the engine
area, hydraulic section and battery area.
● After cleaning, be sure to thoroughly dry each part, and then oil the sliding parts.
Fail
ing to clean may reduce the collection efficiency, causing premature
wear of parts and abnormal vibration or damage due to high loads.

8-1 Water Temperature Gauge
● If the water temperature gauge indi
-
cates a level close to "H" during op-
eration, the machine is overheated.
Remove the load from the engine, idle
the machine for five minutes, stop the
engine, and then inspect the machine
and perform any necessary mainte
-
nance.
●
If the water temperature reaches 115 degrees Celsius, a buzzer (intermittent tone)
will sound.
8-2 Tachometer/Hour Meter
● These indicate the engine rpm and
the total operation time. Determine the
periodic inspection and maintenance
schedule based on the number of
hours indicated on the hour meter.
