ADJUSTING UPPER (BOOM) PRESSURE (3600 PSI)

Pressure adjustment is made on load sense relief valve.

Remove acorn nut.

Adjust pressure by turning screw in or out with 5/32"" allen wrench, clockwise rotation increases

pressure, counter clockwise rotation decreases pressure. Retighten jam nut prior to taking pressure

reading.

To test upper pressure attach a 5000 PSI gauge to test port G3 on load sense relief valve.

Pressure should read 3600 PSI with the stick boom bottomed out.

After pressure is set remove gauge and replace acorn nut.
