Barkey warming center III DTM

Replacing the microswitch

Removal:

►

Remove the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).

►

Remove the cover plate (see Chapter 7.2).

►

Undo the nuts from the microswitch using a 14mm jaw spanner, and pull it off the
front panel to the rear.

►

Pull the spade connectors off the microswitch.

Refitting the microswitch:

Refitting the microswitch takes place in reverse order to removal:

►

Press the microswitch into the cutout in the front panel, and tighten the nuts using a
14 mm jaw spanner.

NOTE

The microswitch must be flush with the front panel from behind so that it switches
correctly when the door is closed.

►

Push the spade connectors onto the
microswitch:

– one cable to the middle contact

– the other cable to the rear contact

The polarity is not important.

Refit the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).
