Synchronising altitude readings (2)
The altitude reading is calculated from the atmospheric pressure at
the measuring location and the set atmospheric pressure at sea
level. If the entered atmospheric pressure value at sea level clearly
differs from the current atmospheric pressure, as a result, the
altitude reading differs from the actual altitude at the measuring
location.
If the current height is not determined and cannot be entered in your
BARIGO E7/E7S, but you find the current atmospheric pressure
reading at sea level for example from a weather report, you can use
this figure to determine the current altitude.
