9. Servicing

9.10 Replacing a dust filter unit of the Solaris LD display

Necessary tools

•

5 mm hexagon Allen key.

•

10 mm open ended spanner.

Necessary parts

Solaris LD dust filter spare part kit.

How to replace a dust filter unit of the Solaris LD display ?

1. Remove the cladding plate around the dust filter unit which you want to replace. Use a 5 mm hexagon Allen key to release the

screws of the cladding plate(s).

Note:

The side cladding plate has to be removed first before removing the cladding plate in the bottom corner.

2. Unplug the power split cable from the dust filter unit.

3. Remove the dust filter unit by releasing the four M6x16 hexagon socket button head cap screws and flange nuts. Use a 5 mm

hexagon Allen key and a 10 mm open ended spanner.

4. Install a new dust filter unit. Fasten with four M6x16 hexagon socket button head cap screws with flange nuts.

5. Reconnect the power split cable with the dust filter unit.

6. Reinstall the cladding plate(s).
