Level out the support structure and then fasten the feet with to the floor.
It’s very important that the Solaris LD support structure is installed correctly and solidly. Otherwise seams
will be visible after installation of the display tiles.
5.3 Installation of the wall mount adapter

:
Ensure that the supporting wall can handle the complete load of the Solaris LD display.
Necessary tools
• Electric drill.
• Measuring tape.
• Spirit level.
Necessary parts
• 2 Solaris LD wall mount adapter profiles.
• Fixation parts for securing the wall mount adapter with the wall (These fixation parts must be provided by customer).
How to install the wall mount adapter ?
1. Trace out the footprint of the Solaris LD wall mount adapter on the wall of the desired installation location as illustrated.
Note that the distance (X) between the centers of the two profiles depends on the chosen Solaris LD model.
- Solaris LD 120 : Y = 1594 mm.
- Solaris LD 140 : Y = 2042 mm.
- Solaris LD 150 : Y = 2042 mm.
Each wall mount adapter profile contains 8 fixation holes with a diameter of 20 mm. Ensure that above and below the adapter
profiles is sufficient space for installing the display. The hooks of the adapters must point upwards. (image 5-8)
2. Drill the 16 mounting holes and provide the holes with the necessary fixation parts.
Warning: Each fixation point between the Solaris LD wall mount adapter and the wall must be able to handle a force of xxxx
Newton.
3. Fasten the two wall mount adapter profiles to the wall using 16 screws. Ensure that the adapter profiles are leveled out in all
directions and that the top of both profiles are also leveled. (image 5-9)
Warning: Ensure that the wall mount adapter profiles are tight securely to the wall and that the supporting wall can handle the
load of the display.
