4. Physical installation of the DB-220 Display
4.2 Lifting out and preparing the top segment
This procedure describes how to lift out the top segment from the cage and prepare it for assembly on a
support structure using 3 vertical I-beams.
Necessary tools
• Adapted tools to lift the top segment out of the cage.
• 15/16” open-end wrench.
• 5/16” Allen wrench.
• Four top clamp assemblies.
• Two clamp assemblies.
Before you start
First notice the difference between the two segments inside the cage. The segment provided with two eyebolts is the top segment,
the segment provided with two guiding pins is the bottom segment.

Lifting out the top segment
1. Remove the four bolts on the side of the top segment.
2. Secure the top segment by attaching the shackles of the crane to the two eyebolts.
Warning: Do not lift the top segment, only secure it by attaching the shackles and putting slight tension on the straps to prevent
from tipping.
