Description
The following prerequisites apply for pairing two systems using
hand-held transmitters:
-
One system is on the truck and the other on the trailer,
and the configuration corresponds to this.
-
Both systems have the same PUK fleet.
-
The hand-held transmitter is paired with the truck's
system.
-
Hand-
held transmitter is logged in to the truck’s system.
Press the Trailer pushbutton 2 x and hold it down until
both red LEDs beneath the truck and trailer symbols are
flashing.
Release the “Trailer” pushbutton.
Trailer
As long as the red LEDs are flashing, move the hand-
held transmitter into the reduced near field of the trailer.
Pairing successful: The eBC Controller Pros issue an
acoustic signal, and the hand-held transmitter is
registered to the trailer.
The control voltage of the Cargolift on the truck remains
switched on.
The successful pairing of the two systems means that they are
connected to each other. The hand-held transmitter can also be
logged in to the trailer if it is inserted in the docking station. In
addition, the status messages of the trailer are also output on the
hand-held transmitter if it is in the docking station.
If the system on the trailer is paired with the system on
the truck, operation of the Cargolift on the truck from
the cabin is deactivated. This prevents incorrect
operation, whereby the Cargolift on the truck could
damage the trailer.
Pairing not successful:
The middle 3 red LEDs blink.
If the pairing was not successful, a timeout occurred during
pairing.
Repeat the pairing process.
