GAS PILOT ADJUSTMENT
Check, via the relevant port (5), that the pressure is within the values
indicated in the table.

G20
20 ÷ 30 mbar
To adjust the pressure, proceed as follows:
• Adjust valves (1) and (2) by turning adjustment nut (4) clockwise
to maximum opening.
• Unscrew cap (7) of pressure regulator (3).
• Unscrew the adjusting screw (8) placing it at the minimum setting
allowed (threaded end of the upper cover) (9)
• Start the system or make sure there is a minimum flow downstre -
am of the regulator
• To increase the pressure calibration downstream of the regulator,
tighten the adjustment screw (8)to the desired value
• Take reading with calibrated pressure gauge
• Screw the cap (7) back on and if necessary, seal it in that position
using the appropriate seal holes
• Adjust the gas pressure switch (10).
GAS PRESSURE SWITCH
Set the pressure switch calibration ring nut to the minimum value.
With the pilot running, increase the calibration value of the minimum
pressure switch until the pilot switches off.
Read the mbar value on the pressure switch ring nut and calibrate it to
a value decreased by 5 mbar.
