11.3. Regulating minimal pressure

1)

 Disconnect the wire from the terminal  Д, the boiler will pass to minimal power and the error  «07»
will be shown on display (see p. 14.1, page 34);

2)

 Check gas pressure in the control point  А. It must correspond:

 0,15 kPa (15 mm w.g.)  for natural gas and 0,3 kPa (30 mm w g.) for liquefied
gas;

Otherwise it is necessary to set required pressure by turning the regulation screw В, keeping at the
same time the external screw Г from turning;

3)

 Connect the wire to the terminal Д.

11.5. End of operation

1)

 Switch the boiler off;

2)

 Disconnect the pressure gauge and screw up the cover plug in the control оpoint А up to the stop;

3)

 Install a plastic cap on regulation screws C and Б;

4)

 Switch the boiler on and render it to the heating mode (see p. 3.2.4, page 10);

5)

 Check for gas leakages in the control points А and Б (see p. 11.2, page 25);

6)

 Render the boiler to standby mode, consequently pressing the button K5;

7)

 Install the front panel and fix it with 6  self-threading screws;

8)

 Close the front panel’s lid.

12.

 RENDERING THE BOILER TO ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS

The type of gas to which the boiler is set up is indicated on the table on the boiler’s casing and in this

Manual (see section 20, page 48).

In order to render the boiler to another type of gas it is necessary to:
1)

 Switch the boiler off (see p. 10.4, page 24);

2)

 Remove  the  boiler’s  casing.  For  this  it  is  necessary  to  screw  off    4  screws  (self-threading)  of  the
casing’s fixation to the boiler’s bottom panel and 6 screws (self-threading) of the casing’s fixation to
the front panel;

3)

 Throw open the front panel together with the lid downwards, after this remove the casing, pulling it
upwards and towards yourself;

4)

 Remove  the  pressure  cap,  screwing  off    4  screws  (self-threading)    and  pulling  the  cap  towards
yourself with an effort. At reassembly you should pay CAUTION to correct installation of the cap’s
side walls, which must enter the sockets on the boiler’s rear wall;

5)

 Remove  the  manifold.  For  this  it  is  necessary  to  screw  off  two  screws  (self-threading)  of  the
manifold’s fixation to the burner’s front bracket and screw off the nut fixing the manifold to the gas
pipe with a  30-wrench (the detailed description of the manifold’s removal is represented in p. 17.1,
page 41);

6)

 Replace the nozzles in the burner’s manifold for the nozzle with orifice diameter:

 For liquefied gas - 0,79 mm;

For natural gas - 1,31 mm;

7)

 Remove  the  coating  covering  the  electronic  board,  screwing  off  6  screws  (self-threading)  on  the
coating and install the plug wire на СМ1 (see Annex III, page 66) into the position:

 "А-В" for natural gas;

 "В-С" for liquefied gas;

8)

 Switch the boiler on and program the ignition power "Р0" (see p. 13.3.1, page 30);

9)

Effectuate the boiler’s power regulation  (see section 11, page 25);

10)

 Effectuate the boiler’s elements’ assembly in the inverted sequence;

11)

 Insert  changes  into  the  boiler’s  label  and  in  the  Certificate  of  Rendering  to  another  type  of

gas.

CAUTION! For rendering the boiler to another type of gas it is necessary to use only the branded

set of details.

In order to purchase the necessary details please contact the trading organization, effectuating realization
