System Network Installation Process
The following outlines the process to communicate the network parameters from the PC to the
Distributed Control Keypad and Zone Keypads.
Most network parameters are set via RF communications.
PC / Keypad Server Program:
When all Entities (Tanks, Fluids, Users, Hoses, Zone Keypads) are entered and the prod-
uct and network trees are completed, the following outlines the initialization of the network
using the Keypad Server Program (KPS). The KPS is the communications interface program
between the Distributed Control Keypad and the PC.
1. The KPS icon is located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
2. Double click on the icon and the program will appear.
3. Go to Edit and Init
4. The Initialization Process will automatic begin.
5. The Process is complete when the following is displayed in the KPS program dialog box:
