Spark Plug

• Remove spark plugs by using plug spanner.

• Clean the spark plugs at 20000 Kms..

• Adjust the gaps if incorrect by bending outer
electrode carefully.

Spark Plug Gap

: 0.8 to 0.9 mm.

• Chain slackness will have to be adjusted

• Marking on chain adjusters should be

identically positioned on both sides.

Ensure application of 10 Kg.m (98.1 N.m)
torque to rear axle nut.
