air filter mounting bracket.
Checking Connections
NOTE: Power to the cabinet should be off while performing this pre-
ventive maintenance task.
Check all signal wiring, power and ground connections within
the cabinet to verify their integrity. When checking connec-
tions, always turn a screw, nut or other fastening device in the
direction to tighten only. If the connection is loose, it will be
tightened. If the connection is tight, the tightening action will
verify that it is secure. There must not be any motion done to
loosen the connection.
1. Check and verify that all positive and negative input, and
grounding conductor connections on the power entry panel are
secure.
2. Check and verify that all other power connections within
the cabinet, including bus bars and connections to the power
supplies are secure.
3. Check and verify that all field wiring connections to the ter-
mination units or termination modules are secure.
Checking Power Module Outputs
There are test jacks on the bus monitor module for checking
bus voltages on IEPEP04 power entry panel systems.
contains complete modular power system wiring diagrams.
1. Verify all power module status LEDs are green.
