INNPM11 NETWORK PROCESSING MODULE LEDs AND CONTROLS
The faceplate of the INNPM11 module has the following compo-
nents (refer to Figure
•
Status LED.
•
Stop/reset pushbutton.
•
Eight CPU LEDs.
Status LED
The status LED is a two-color (red and green) LED that dis-
plays the operating status of the NPM module. It has three pos-
sible states. Table
lists the meaning of the status LED
states. Refer to the troubleshooting section for corrective action
if the status LED indicates that an error exists.
CPU LEDs
During normal operation, LEDs seven and eight are illumi-
nated. In redundant configurations, LED eight on the backup
NPM module is illuminated. If an error occurs, these LEDs dis-
play an error code and the status LED turns red. Refer to Table
for a list of CPU LED error codes and associated corrective
action.
