Example of Counter Usage
A counter setting with the hexadecimal value of 09 keeps track of the number
of multicast messages received excluding those originated. To display this
counter on the front panel LEDs, set dipswitch SW4 as follows: position 4 = 0,
5 = 1, 6 = 0, 7 = 0, and 8 = 1.
