Checking the Hydraulic Oil

1. Remove the oil filler nut on top of the reservoir.

2. If oil is low, refill with 22 ISO6743 hydraulic jack oil or

equivalent.

3. Replace the oil fill nut.

4. Purge air from the hydraulic system.

Checking the Cable

Check integrity of bed frame lift system. Make sure
cables run free with no binding or twist. Check cable
connections and pulleys for wear or damage. DO NOT
lubricate any part of the lift system.
