OPERATION
1. Connect machine to power supply.
2. Verify area around machine and belt are clear and not in contact with any material.
3. Push green button to start the machine.
4. Place the material on the table and using a firm grip, bring the material into contact with the
belt in a smooth steady fashion. Use the miter gauge as needed to assist in securing the
material while sanding.
5. To switch off the machine push red knob.
Belt in vertical position and plunging table
locked at lowest position.
CAUTION:
Always wear proper eye protection with side shields, safety
footwear, and leather gloves to protect from burrs and sharp edges.
When handling large heavy material make sure they are properly supported.
WARNING:
Never operate the belt sander with any covers removed
missing or damaged. It could cause severe injury or death.
