ASSEMBLY AND SET UP
Radius Table Mounting
1. Install the radius table onto the idler wheel end (left
end) of the belt housing as shown.
2. Locate and remove the three cap screws on the
underside of the belt housing.
3. Position the mounting arm onto the belt housing
and secure with the three cap screws.
4. Insert the support rod into the arm with the flat
surface toward the hand knob and snug into
position.
5. Install the table onto the support rod and secure in
place with the bolt and use the nut as a jam nut to tighten the bolt into the casting.
Note: Position the table so that it does not rub on the belt. This will damage the
table. Keep the table close enough however, so that the material will not be pulled between the
table and the belt.

power source until the machine is completely assembled and you read and
understand the entire instruction manual.
