4.15 Importing Saved Data Into a Spreadsheet
Data that was recovered and saved as an ASCII text fle wth a “CSV”
extenson, as descrbed n Secton 4.14, can easly be opened for vewng
n most spreadsheet programs by smply double-clckng the flename. For
example: double-clckng the flename Customer XYZ.csv should automat-
cally open the spreadsheet program and dsplay the contents of the fle.
If the spreadsheet program does not recognze the “CSV” fle extenson,
then refer to the spreadsheet’s documentaton for nformaton on how to
manually mport comma-delmted text fles.
Table 4-2 contans a lstng and descrpton of the 27 data felds that are
downloaded wth each data record. Note that for sensors that are not
nstalled, all related data felds for those sensors wll be marked as “N/A”
(Not Applcable). For example: f the analyzer does not contan an SO
2
sen-
sor, then “N/A” wll appear n data felds 19 and 20.
