7 Check the rear-facing level line. The red
level line on the side of the seat
MUST
BE LEVEL
with the ground.
Check the level indicator with child in the
child restraint.
If needed, rolled towels may be placed
under the base, at the vehicle seat
crease, until the level line is level with the
ground.
