There are 4 positions:
A - Carry position
B/C - Middle positions
D - Stationary position
In vehicle - any postion

1 Squeeze handle release buttons on both
sides
.
Rotate the handle
.
The handle will
lock into position
.
2 Both adjustment buttons must pop out to
lock handle in place
.
WARNING:
Always make sure the
handle is securely locked in the upright
carrying position before carrying
