Glass door

Use regular glass cleaner and a lint-free microfiber cloth for the glass components.

Disinfection

Disinfect all cabin parts, which regularly get in touch with the users body. This includes the upholstered parts, the control panel and the door
handle (inside and outside) of the

b-intense

MED. Use the surface disinfectant Lysoform Fugaten

Spray, which is medically approved and

authorised by the manufacturer. Generously spray and leave it to dry according to the recommendations. After the exposure time, remove the
remainder with a dry towel.

External cleaning

Clean the external areas of the

b-intense

MED regularly. We recommend at least a weekly cleaning. Remove dust from the ceiling of the

b-intense

MED at least monthly.

Inner cleaning

Clean the

b-intense

MED regularly. We recommend at least weekly or daily, depending on the use. Use the recommended cleaners and

cleaning aids. Additionally, use a soft brush for persistant contamination of the leather. The use of any abrasive products can lead to hard and
brittle leather and is therefore discouraged.

Cleaning artificial leather

Wiping the material with a regular wet cotton cloth is sufficent for basic cleaning. In case of stronger contamination, a mild soap sud can be
added, but should be tested on a hidden spot first. Remove the remainder with a cotton cloth and lukewarm water afterwards and dry the
surface with a soft towel. Abstain from the use of products which contain grease, oil, dissolver, alcohol or abrasive products. Stains such as oil,
grease, coffee, ink or textile discoloration have to be removed immediately, otherwise they can enter the material. The artificial leather should
not be cleaned chemically. Only use fade resistant textiles on the artificial leather.

Note

Multible cleaning and disinfection has no influence on the life time of the cabin part, only when used the recommended detergents and
disinfectants. If not recommended detergents and disinfectants are used especially the surface of the artificial leather can break. Follow the
instructions. If a visible defect is found on the cabin parts, please contact

Maintenance instructions

The

b-intense

MED requires no special maintenance. Annual preventive replacement (or replacement after 100 hours of operation) of two

10A fuses inside of the main unit by service personnel is recommended. The infrared lamps are not subject to aging and have full power until
the end of their lifetime. If the upholstery of the bench, backrest or neckrest start to brittle through the years, they should be changed. Original
spare parts can be ordered via

Disposal of the b-intense

MED

1. Make sure that the cabin has been disconnected from the power supply.

2. Dismantle the cabin in reverse order of the assembly instructions.

3. Dispose of the individual parts in accordance with the waste separation regulations (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive

WEEE Directive 2020 7.9.2.15) in the respective country.

4. There are no extraordinary measures for decommissioning this device.
