Slot the bolt (B) through the
elongated slot in the mounting
plate (G).

Position the plate
(G) against the
linisher, line up the
four holes, secure in
position using the
screws (C) & spring
washers (E).

Tighten the
mounting plate
(G) against the
linisher using a
5mm Hex key.
Slot the bolt (B) through the pre-drilled hole in the jig plate
cradle (I), see step 4. Repeate the procedure for round bar jig
plate (H), see step 5. While holding the assembly, place the clear
washer (D) over the bolt and screw on the clamping handle (A).
Nip-up the handle to secure the assembly, see step 6.

Locate the honing guide
assembly and slide the
unit onto the round bar.

Screw the thread
end of the round
bar (F) into the
thread hole in jig
plate (H).
