Issue

Possible Solutions

I lost audio in one ear.

Why does my voice
sound deeper when
using the AXIS?

This can occur when you are wearing ear plugs. Rest assured; others
will hear you normally.

• Verify that the volume controls are set appropriately
• Try changing the MONO/STEREO switch to the opposite setting
• If that does not restore audio to both ears, you may have moisture or

debris stuck in a single acoustic tubing. Try swapping the left and
right tubes to verify if this is the problem. You can also use the
provided secondary, long set of tubes (cut them to the desired
length) or purchase a new replacement set from the AXIS website.
