While holding your ear up, use your other hand to insert the rolled-up tip deep into
the ear (while still maintaining the ability to pull the ear plug out if needed).
Pull the top of your ear upwards with one
hand to straighten out the ear canal

Let go of your ear, then hold the ear tip in
place while the foam expands in your ear,
creating a tight seal. Be patient! This could
take 10-20 seconds.
