Installation Wizard Overview
The
Installation Wizard
provides a quick and easy method with which to define the
System
,
Security
,
Image
and
Layout
settings for your application - as defined in the
AdministrationTools
Overview,
on page 39.
Starting the Installation Wizard
1. With reference to the information provided in the On-line Help
, double-click the
Installation Wizard
from the
Home Page
and follow the Wizard to complete your
configuration.
2. Click the
Finish
button to save the defined application settings to the camera.

Application Wizard Overview
The
Application Wizard
can be started from the final page of the
Installation Wizard
, or
independently from the
Administration Tools.
It provides a quick and easy way of defining the
settings for your application - as defined in the
Administration Tools Overview,
on page 39.

to start the Wizard.

The Administration Tools
The Web-based
Administration Tools
are used for configuring and managing your AXIS 2100.
After initially setting up the AXIS 2100 with the
Installation Wizard
, these tools are ideal for use
by more advanced users when reviewing and refining the configuration.
Having used the Installation Wizard to initially configure your application, refer to the on-line Help and
use the Administration Tools to refine the application to meet your specific needs.
