Max Saving Maximum power saving time for the Suspend
Mode and HDD Power Down =1 min.
User Define Allows you to set the power saving time in the
“ Suspend Mode “ and “ HDD Power Down
“ fields.

Video Off Method
This determines the manner in which the monitor is blqnked.
V/H SYNC + Blank This selection will cause the system
to turn off the vertical and horizontal
synchronization ports and write
blanks to the video buffer.
Blank Screen This option only writes blanks to video
buffer.
DPMS Inititalizes display power management
Signaling. Use this option if your
video board supports it.

Video Off In Suspend
This field is used to activate the video off feature when the
system enters the Suspend mode. The options are Yes or No.

Suspend Type
The options are Stop Grant and PwrON Suspend.

MODEM Use IRQ
This field is used to set an IRQ channel for the modem installed
in your system.

Suspend Mode
This is selectable only when the Power Management field is set
to User Define. When the system enters the Suspend mode
according to the power saving time selected, the CPU and
onboard peripherals will be shut off.

HDD Power Down
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, the
hard disk drive will be powered down while all other devices
remain active.
