CAS Latency Time
This field is used to select the latency between the DRAM read
command and the time that the data was received
z
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay
This field is used to select the latency between the DRAM active
Command and read/write command.

DRAM RAS# Precharge
This field is used to select the idle clocks after issuing a
precharge command to the DRAM.

Precharge Delay
The options are Auto, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15.

Memory Frequency for
This field is used to select the memory clock speed of DIMM.

System BIOS Cacheable
When this field is enabled, accesses to the system BIOS ROM
address at F0000H-FFFFFH are cached, provide that the cache
controller is enabled.

Video BIOS Cacheable
As with caching the system BIOS, enabling the Video BIOS
cache will allow access to video BIOS addressed at C0000H
to be cached if the cache controller is also enabled. The larger
the range of the Cache RAM, the faster the video performance.

Memory Hole At 15M-16M
You can reserve this area of system memory for ISA adapter
ROM. When this area is reserved, it can’t be

to use this area of system memory usually discusses their
memory requirements.

AGP Aperture Size (MB)
This field determines the effective size of the Graphic Aperture
used for a particular GMCH configuration. It can be updated by
the GMCH-specific BIOS configuration sequence before the PCI
standard bus enumeration sequence takes place. If it is not
updated then a default value will select an aperture of maximum
size.
