OPERATION
The Avocor AVE-xx30-A features an intuitive touch interface for source navigation and OSD menu
configuration. This chapter will provide information and best practices for operating the home-screen
and the various on-screen display (OSD) menu settings to help facilitate the best possible user
experience.
Precaution
Please read the following precautions regarding normal operation carefully. Failure to follow the
cautionary points therein may cause damage to the screen not covered by Avocor's warranty policy.
•
If you encounter a problem during installation, please contact your dealer or Avocor support
for assistance. DO NOT attempt to repair or open the display yourself.
•
Always avoid placing the display flat face-down or face-up. DO NOT attempt to use the display
lying flat on its back at any time.
•
DO NOT set a static (non-moving) image on the display for an extended period of time, as this
may cause image retention, or "burn-in" which is not covered by warranty.
•
RECOMMENDED USAGE HOURS:

Turn off the display for at least
8 hours
after every 16 hours of usage in a 24-hour
period.
