Mak e sure t hat t he M B Applica t ion ( Scan App) has been inst alled on y our m obile
device. The M B Applica t ion can be pur chased for fr ee fr om an applicat ion st or e
such as Google Play.
1 . Enable [ W i- Fi] fr om [ Se t t in gs] of your w ir eless com put er , sm ar t phone, or
t ablet and t hen choose t he sam e net w or k nam e ( SSI D) of your scanner . For
exam ple, SMCWBR14S- NL.
2 . Tap t he M B app ( ) on t he scr een t o launch t he Scan Applicat ion. The m ain
w indow w ill be display ed and t he applicat ion w ill aut om at ically search a
scanner in t he sam e w ireless LAN. I f successful, [ St a r t sca n ] w ill be
displayed at t he bot t om as show n below .
3 . Check if t he default set t ings m eet your r equir em ent s. I f not , change t he scan
set t ings t o fit your specific scanning t ask.
