NOTE
Use of Not Yet Effective Data
If attempting to use not-yet-effective data (e.g.
charts or nav), it is the responsibility of the pilot in
command to verify there are no differences between
the current data and the not-yet-effective data
before it is permissible to use the not-yet-effective
data.
