5.3 RS232 Control
5.3.1 Connection with the RS232 Communication Port
As well as the front control panel, the AVG-TMX88PRO can be controlled by a far-
end control system through the RS232 communication port. This RS232
communication port is a female 9-pin DB9 connector. The definition of its pins are
listed in the table below.

5.3.2 Control through the 9-pin DB9 RS232 port
Connect a control device to the 9-pin RS232 port of the switcher; users are able to
control the switcher and the far-end device. See the figure below:
