Valves do not switch.
Incorrect pilot air
configuration.
Check your pilot air configuration
and if necessary apply pilot air to
connections X12 and X14.
Valve does not switch.
The following valve
variants can be affected:
W
5/2 double solenoid
W
2x3/2
W
5/3
Incorrect base
plate used.
Use a base plate for double
solenoid valves or exchange the
corresponding pilot blanking plate
with a pilot valve.
Valve system is leaky
Incorrect
tightening torque
or seals not fitted
properly.
Check the tightening torques and
make sure the seals are
positioned correctly and
undamaged.
Improperly
mounted
component.
Check that the components (base
plates and valve functions) have
been mounted correctly (mounting
location/orientation).
