WARRANTY
Floor Standing Heated Rail - 24V
For prolonged element life and energy conservation,
Heated Towel Ladders should be connected to a timer
(not included), set to 25% usage or less.
Avenir warrants all our products (including heating elements) against defective materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of
purchase. Installation labour and transformer is covered for the first 12 Months. Please note this warranty does not cover installation issues - if you are
having difficulties installing this product, we are happy to assist telephonically but we do not come to site.
A licensed electrician is required to carry out the
installation of Heated Towel Ladders using the
Concealed Wiring System.
