Diverting calls
Diverting calls if your line is busy*
Press the softkey "Call div." or
the key C
ALL
DIVERSION

Scroll to the
on busy:
menu item.
Enter the internal number to which you want to divert calls, e.g.
to 1234.
Confirm selection. Call diversion is now activated. The message
Call div.
on busy to 1234
appears in the display.
Diverting internal calls after a certain amount of time*
Press the softkey "Call div." or
the key C
ALL
DIVERSION
(9630, 9640)

Int. after time
menu item.
Enter the internal phone number to which you want to divert
the external calls after the set period of time, e.g. to 1234.
Confirm selection. Call diversion is now activated. The status
Delayed
internal call div. to 1234
is shown on the display.
