to pick up calls from a specific telephone.
When this telephone rings, you will then be able to pick up the call by pressing
a single key.
•
If your communication server is configured accordingly, you have another
option for picking up a call. All you have to do is enter a code. After picking up
the handset, enter "*6" for the "Pick-up" function, for example, and then dial the
number of the ringing phone. You will then hear a special dial tone for approx.
one second. The call is then directly transferred. If you have any questions
please contact your system administrator.
Putting a call on hold
You receive a call but want to finish what you're doing on your telephone first.
Scroll to the
Put on hold
menu item.
Confirm selection. You can now continue with your operating procedure. The
ringer tone is turned off, the call LED continues to flash. After completion of the
operating procedure, the ringer tone sounds again and you can answer the call.
