STEP 10:
Slide the UPRIGHT SLEEVE(71) over the UPRIGHT(11). Insert the TENSION CABLE(32)
through the
UPRIGHT(11)
until the
TENSION CABLE(32)
is through and extends out of the square opening
in the side of the UPRIGHT(11). Connect the CONNECTION WIRE(33) to the SENSOR WIRE(31). Slide the
UPRIGHT(11) onto the MAIN FRAME(1) and secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x20mm)(49),
LOCK WASHERS(M8)(65), WASHERS(M8)(61), and ARC WASHERS(M8)(58). Slide down the UPRIGHT
SLEEVE(71) to cover the bolt heads.
STEP 11:
Attach the TRAY(72) to the UPRIGHT(11) with ROUND HEAD SCREWS(M4x30mm)(55).
STEP 12:
Refer to the inset drawing and the illustration below. To connect the
TENSION KNOB(26)
to
the TENSION CABLE(32):
1. Set the TENSION KNOB(26) at position “8”, so the CABLE END extends out of the METAL FITTING
as far as possible. Connect the
CABLE END
of the
TENSION KNOB(26)
to the
HOOK
on the end of the
TENSION CABLE(32).
2. Pull on the Cable of the TENSION KNOB(26) firmly so that enough cable is available to allow the METAL
FITTING go through the slot in the top of the BRACKET.
3. Insert the METAL FITTING into the hole at the end of the slot in the BRACKET.
4. Adjust the
TENSION KNOB(26)
and verify that the
HOOK
moves when the
TENSION KNOB(26)
is
adjusted.
5. Attach the TENSION KNOB(26) to the UPRIGHT(11) with ROUND HEAD SCREW(M4x0.7x25mm)(54)
and
WASHER(M4)(63).
