6.4 Use
DANGER
Risk of crushing or entanglement from contact with moving parts - Never leave the
equipment unattended while the engine is running.
Follow safe stopping procedure.
CAUTION
Risk of thrown parts - Avoid running the attachment at very high speed. Operating
the attachment at too high speed may cause high vibrations, noise, or thrown parts from
the attachment, or damage that could lead to personal injury. See recommended input
flow in this manual.
Before starting the Fence mower:

Set the mower to correct operating
position.

Lock the cutting arm on selected
side of the loader as shown in the
adjacent figure.

Check the adjustments, see the
following chapters.
Operating position:

Keep the support wheel in light
contact with the ground during
operation for easier control of the
attachment. However, in some
cases it might be easier to operate
the mower with the support wheel
lifted to upper position.

If your loader is equipped with a
telescopic boom, you can utilize it
for a better view to the working
area.

The Fence mower can be
operated while driving forwards.
Using the Fence mower:
1.
Cut the hay by letting the cutting head float on the ground when driving forwards.
2.
Start the mower by turning the auxiliary hydraulics control lever of the loader, or by depressing the
electric joystick buttons. As standard, the mower will rotate clockwise when the auxiliary hydraulics
control lever is moved to its locking position (or red button of electric joystick is depressed, if equipped).

Operate the attachment with loader engine rpm that produces auxiliary hydraulics flow within the
recommended range for the attachment.

Always drive slowly while operating the mower. Adjust the drive speed according to the operating
conditions and the material being handled.
