6.2 Operating the dozer blade
Correct operating position:
The vertical position of the blade will affect the
outcome and accuracy of dozing. As a rule, the
blade should be adjusted to an upright position.
According to circumstances you may try to tilt the
blade a little to front or back for example when
removing ice. The blade should not be pushed
hard against the ground as this will affect the
handling charasteristics of the loader.
6.2.1 Blade slewing
Move the auxiliary
hydraulics control lever
towards
its locking
position (or use the
electric buttons of the
optional electric joystick)
to turn the blade right.
The lever should not be
left
to the locking
position.
Move the lever away
from the locking position
to turn the blade left.
