Always use caution when handling blades and discs.
It is recommended to use cut resistant gloves while handling
the blade or cutting discs.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.
Ensure the machine is unplugged.
2.
Place the bowl on the base lining up
the arrow to the dot first. Twist the
bowl counter clockwise until it locks
in place and the two arrows line up.
See Figure 1A.
3.
Place S blade on the motor shaft and
twist until it slides down into place.
Do not touch blades.
The S blade
has a flat end inside that sits down
on the flat end of the motor shaft.
The blade should be just off the
bottom of the bowl and parallel to
the bottom of the bowl. See figure 2A.
4.
Place the lid on top of the bowl by first
hooking the lid bar on the opposite side
of the lid latch. This side is the hinge
where the lid can open from.

5.
Press the lid down and use the lid
latch to shut the lid. See figure 4A. This
lid includes a safety magnet which will
stop the blade once opened and the
magnet is disengaged.
6.
Do not operate this machine if any
damage is noted to the bowl or bowl lid.
7.
Always remove the lid before removing
the bowl from the base.
