Q&A

What should you do if the test results are very diﬀerent?

Please check if:

1. The wrong pet’s code chip is selected.

2. The test strip is not within the validity period.

3. The pet has a great emo�onal response during blood collec�on.

4. The blood collec�on on test strip is insuﬃcient.

5. The test strip is contaminated.

6. Blood sample is contaminated.

7. Drip the blood sample directly on the test strip.

Possible causes of insuﬃcient blood sample:

1. The depth of the lancing device is not enough.

2. Blood collec�on loca�on is incorrect (skin is too thick or lack of blood vessels).

3. The blood sample is less than 0.7ul.

4. The blood sample does not ﬁll completely the conﬁrma�on window of the test strip.
