AUVON

PB111 Veterinary Blood Glucose meter kit contains 2 code chips for coding the meter.

The following number on the code chip is for reference only, please refer to the actual product for

the code.

IMPORTANT:

1. Before inser�ng the test strip, please code the meter with the correct code chip.

2. If the meter displays "01", it means the meter needs to be coded.

3. Please choose the correct code chip for your cat or dog. (Do not code the meter with the dog

code chip if your pet is a cat.)
