• Pack the product in safe and stable packaging. Use adequate cushioning
material, strong tape designed for shipping
• We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment. We
can't be responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier, so make sure
you're covered. It's cheap and worth it.
• Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return
information. Place a duplicate address label inside the package
• Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once an RA has been issued, the customer has 30 days to return the product.
Failure to deliver the product within the 30 days results in the RA no longer
valid and a new RA must be issued.
The manufacturer is under no obligation to accept any product that is
returned to them without a proper/ valid RA #.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS AFFILIATES OR
SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION
OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM
OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE),
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM THE DEFECT, REPAIR,
REPLACEMENT, SHIPMENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER OR
ITS AFFILIATE OR SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGE.
