SYMPTOMS

* Door will not operate 

*Main power not turned on 
*Door is obstructed

*Unlock door and Inspect door and                
re-move jam

*Door needs to be re-initialised  

Fully close the door and press the Reset 
button  (refer installation instruction step 
16.4) 
 

 *Door moves downwards and  
   reverses itself upwards 

Adverse weather conditions (wind or cold) 
causing door to stiffen and become tight in 
tracks. 
There could be an obstruction in door way. 
  

Increase the force pressure and / or re-
initialise the door (refer installation in-
struction step 16) 

*Door operates from drive unit but 
  not from hand transmitter 

*Indicator on transmitter not lighting 
*Code not store in controlled receiver 
*Drive unit antenna wire not extended 
*Antenna touching something metal 
*Battery flat 
*Radio interference

HIGH PRESSURE GREASE EVERY 12 MONTHS AND OTHER CRITICAL ADJUSTMENTS 

(REVERSING SENSITIVITY, LIMITS ADJUSTMENTS ,ETC) CHECKED AND ADJUSTED
